We do not accept any returns and exchanges on items purchased at JOIA De Majorca authorized retailer shops, except for repair services. Please contact the retailer store directly if you wish to return the item(s).
All online purchases from www.joiademajorca.com, the official JOIA De Majorca online boutique, have to be returned or exchanged directly with JOIA De Majorca and you may not return your online purchase to our authorized retail stores in the U.S.
All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in original JOIA De Majorca jewelry box. Once we receive your returned item and it passes quality inspection, your new replacement item will be shipped immediately; or your refund will be processed within 15 days. Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are authorized. Any item with signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration of any way cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Engraved jewelry items may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns without the JOIA De Majorca return authorization code (RAC), and packages that are improperly packaged, will be refused receipt.
JOIA De Majorca does not refund any overnight shipping fee you paid.
Should you insist on shipping the jewelry back to JOIA De Majorca even though we have denied your return request for any of the reasons provided to you in a written notification, JOIA De Majorca will not be able to re-ship that jewelry back to you and will not make any refund of your payment or any portion thereof.
The request of return / exchange / replacement must be made within seven (7) days of the date of receipt of items. Items do not necessarily need to arrive at our facility within seven (7) days of the date of sales.
To ensure quality purposes, please include the reason of your return in return request webpage.
If this is an exchange please include detail information on what item you want to exchange with and its new style numbers and correct sizes. To better serve you and for us to ship you the right item, the more detail you tell us, the better for us.
Some customers wish to ship the items back via other courier methods and pay for the own return shipping. This is absolutely acceptable.
Returns and Exchanges During Promotion Period
Request on return of purchase that includes free gift(s) or promotional item(s) you must also return the free gift(s) or promotional item(s) in order to receive a full refund. If you make an exchange and you no longer qualify for that free gift(s) or promotional item(s) you are required to surrender the free gift(s) or promotional item(s) at the sole discretion of the JOIA DE MAJORCA, LTD.
When a promotional item or a free gift included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item or free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will delay the processing of your return or exchange. Last call items cannot be returned or exchanged. Last call items will be marked as such on the website as well as receipt
Step-by-Step Warranty Repairs
If you purchased the jewelry from our official online boutique at www.joiademajorca.com, please contact JOIA De Majorca for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) number and return label. The (RAC) and a free shipping label will then be e-mailed to you separately within 48 hours on weekdays. Print the shipping label and write the RAC code on your original sales receipt and on the outside of the shipping box you are returning. Include all original packaging and collateral material.
Please do not repair yourself: the guarantee does not apply to defects caused by yourself or another person.
If the defect is not covered by our guarantee, please note that JOIA De Majorca will perform the repair service at a charge dependent on reference and kind of work requested. These charges may be subject to change.
All Other Purchases
Customers who purchased the jewelry from any offline boutique are required to ship the jewelry back to the original store of purchase.
